Day 20

               As the deer pants for the water, so my soul longs after You. Lord, increase my desire, my hunger, my thirst for You and your presence. I confess that I run after things that occupy my time but don’t satisfy the longings of my soul. Help me to be purposeful about my daily walk and be as diligent as when I am worshiping You on Sunday mornings. Thank You Lord for my wife and my life group who keeps me pointed towards You throughout week. Thank You for Your word and the truth and power of the scriptures. Thank You for worship, singing, and the preaching of the gospel. May all of these people and parts of faith prime the pump of my soul for You more and more. Fill me until my cup runs over with Your Holy Spirit that I may splash those around me with You. In Jesus name.
