Day 21

               Lord as another new day dawns, I realize how blessed I am to live in this day and time. My heat pump keeps me from having to get up and start a fire. Lights break the darkness and allows me to navigate the house without candles or lamps. Running water provides a way to wash my face to wipe the sleep out of my eyes. So much of this modern world convenience is still lacking in many third world countries and I rarely consider how blessed I am to be living in such a comfortable way. God, I also confess that I many times don’t think of how blessed I am to have been born and raised in Christian home. My spiritual blessing has been extended to marry a Godly wife and been able to see my children called into your family. For all the spiritual and physical blessings, You have given me, I thank You. Amen.
