Day 19

               I thank You that You are a listening God. I know through the scriptures that I can bring my prayers and petitions to You and You hear. Thank You that even when I don’t know what to pray Your Holy Spirit groans and utters on my behalf. Thank You Jesus that You sit at the Father’s right hand and plead on my behalf. Oh God, I am thankful that You granted me freedom of choice by free will but I am more grateful that my freedom is rooted in the gospel of Jesus Christ. God, how hard was it to turn away from Your own Son and not hear His cries of agony from on a cross that should have been mine. Lord, God you turned a deaf ear one time in eternity so that I might have eternal life. Thank You for Your goodness and grace. In Jesus name.
