Day 16

               Lord God, each day is Yours, no matter the events that occur in it. Thank You for both the sunshine and the rain, the joy and the sorrow, the highs and the lows. You in Your infinite wisdom provide what I need for each day. Help me to count it all joy whatever comes my way. I confess I tend to get overwhelmed with the bad and don’t thank You enough whenever the victories come. Life itself is Your gift, this present and temporal life, and graciously the everlasting life to come through Your Son, Christ. Thank You that the promise for this life is Your presence and faithfulness. And thank You for the life to come is unending joy, bliss and filled with wonder. Lord, I praise You in all things, remembering that all things come from You. Amen.
